| Ashtanga Yoga 'Do your practice and all is coming'
Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga (Vinyasa) Yoga is one of the most popular forms of yoga practiced in the West today. This system originated from an ancient Indian text Yoga Korunta. Together with his guru Sri T. Krishnamacharya, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois deciphered and collated the Vinyasa series.
This method of Yoga is a strong, dynamic practice which involves synchronising the breath with a progressive series of postures. A process which produces intense internal heat and a purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
