Working in an office or on a computer for hours each day can cause tension and stiffness in the neck, back or shoulders and headaches.  

I have spent years working in an office and my own yoga practice has has given me a set of 'tools' that I can take with me off the mat and integrate into my everyday life.  It has helped me:

  • to become more aware of my posture 
  • to be aware of and release any muscular tension as it arises
  • to use breathing techniques when faced with a stressful situation in order to remain calm
  • to improve both my physical and mental wellbeing

I can come into your workplace and teach a group of employees at a convenient time to you, either before work (what better way to start the day?), at lunchtime or straight after work.  We can practice in a suitable open space such as a meeting room.  I can provide all the necessary equipment.
