A relaxing class which consists of asanas (postures) which gently stretch your muscles and massage your internal organs, a simple breathing practice to relax and connect you to your body and breath and finish with a deep, guided relaxation. Asanas are built up step by step and everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. The focus is on developing a safe and effective practice using the breath to find space and openness in our bodies. Increased body awareness, strength, stamina, balance, flexibility and a greater sense of wellbeing are by products of the practice.
